1. What products does Nandvora sell?
Nandvora offers home essentials, kitchen tools, kids products, electronic gadgets, fitness accessories, beauty and personal care items, and seasonal products. We add new trending items every week.
2. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we offer delivery across India to all serviceable pin codes using trusted courier partners.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery time may vary for remote or rural locations.
4. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 carry a small shipping charge.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery for selected pin codes.
6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order only before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products. A clear unboxing video is mandatory, and requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8 to 15 working days. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
9. Why is an unboxing video required?
The unboxing video helps us verify damage, defects, or wrong items and protects both the customer and our team from misuse.
